Our Library

Are you an Armchair Sailor?  Well, chances are “yes” if you like our blog :)

We were lucky enough to acquire a collection of cruising books.  Most date pre-1950, and as far back as 1880.  Hand selected by us from a larger collection, these books were chosen for their diverse and unique qualities.  Grant focused on historical significance and far-flung geography.  Amelia picked books about families, one-of-a-kind boats and those with compelling photos on the cover.

Please join our informal Book Club and share your comments as you read along with us.  Our aim is to read all these books and share our comments.  Perhaps inspire you to veer off the digital voyages and into pages from the past.  Mostly, just see what’s out there and take a look at some of these amazing books that we would never have known to look for!!
